This decision is in relation to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, Bat Report - St Michael and Email from DEFA re bat report which were submitted on the 29/09/2025. NOTE In the instance of the submitted Bat Report - St Michael and Email from DEFA re bat report and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient and would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 2 of application 25/90740/GB with the understanding that the netting on the inside of the louvres is not replaced.
