The Ecosystem Policy Team can confirm that we are content with the submitted lighting details. Though flood lights are to be utilised, these are to be on motion sensors, and the light used is to be of 2200k temperature which is suitable for use in bat sensitive locations. These lights should be directed downwards as much as possible to avoid illumination of any nearby habitat features. The other lighting around the building is also to be on motion sensors and is designed to achieve zero uplighting. This lighting is available in a number of difference temperatures and we recommended that the 2700k temperature is utilised.
Best wishes
