All works to be undertaken in accordance with 'Manx Sewers for Adoption' April 2003. 6. Manhole cover and frames shall be ductile iron complying with BSEN 124 Class D400. They shall be of non-rocking design with a minimum clear opening of 675mm x 675mm. 7. Gully grating and frames shall be ductile iron kite marked or equivalent complying with BSEN 124 Class D400 unless otherwise stated and shall be marked with the manufacturer's name in full. 8. The contractor shall take all precautions and shall provide for dealing with the flow in existing sewers and drains in such a manner that in no case shall any surface water or sewerage matter overflow. 9. Redundant gullies shall have gratings and any supporting brickwork removed and the pot filled with concrete Grade ST2. See Drawing P-002 Outfall requiring planning permission. Meters 0 25 50
