Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Seasonal use period
The marquee may be erected no earlier than 1st October 2022 and retained until no later than 31st March 2023. Reason: to clarify the extent of the approval in relation to the content of the application.
Compliance with approved plans
The marquee must be installed according to the plans and supporting information and must be maintained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure the development is implemented according to the plan/details submitted, as the Department has assessed the impact of the proposal on the basis of the specific use and the documents submitted.
Removal if not required
If the marquee is no longer required or used for its approved purpose it must be removed from the site. Reason: in the interests of the character and appearance of the site.

SupportI support this application. It does not take away or obstruct any views or vistas from the surrounding buildings; It brings more people into Peel, which in turn provides much needed footfall for the surrounding businesses, helps keep people employed throughout the winter months
