The following on 26 August 2022 list have some potential impact, but after being assessed in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking these were found to have no significant negative impact upon the highway network. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications; although some will require licences to use the highway etc. for their proposed works as indicated:
· 22/00946/D - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/00985/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that highway licences may be necessary for the placing of equipment and / or materials in the highway during works. · 22/00986/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider the installation of bicycle storage and an electric vehicle charging point. · 22/00987/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that highway licences may be necessary for the placing of equipment and / or materials in the highway during works. · 22/00990/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that an inspection based s109(A) Highway Agreement is necessary to connect to the public road at rear. Additionally, that highway licences may be necessary for the placing of equipment and / or materials in the highway during works.
