Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Construction timeframe and removal
Prior to the commencement of development, a time frame of the construction phases and anticipated completion date shall be submitted to the department and agreed in writing that also confirms the removal of the temporary link road with any fencing and signage, which shall be removed and the ground restored to its former condition. REASON: This permission has been assessed as a temporary approval as a necessary traffic management solution.
