Our clients met with Paul Visigah. They wanted to bring some interest to the 'flat' elevations of the existing dwelling by providing a more beach style aesthetic. This will complement the works undertaken to 'Cranford' the neighbouring dwelling also in ownership of the applicant. The external stair and alterations will allow them to utilise part of the first floor of the dwelling as a tourist let, while remaining living in the rest of the dwelling to do daily servicing of the unit.
