From the Planning List 8 July 2022, there is no Highways HDC interest (NHI) in:

The following on 8 July 2022 list have some potential impact, but after being assessed in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking these were found to have no significant negative impact upon the highway network. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications; although some will require licences to use the highway etc. for their proposed works as indicated:
· 22/00736/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider the installation of bicycle parking storage and an electric vehicle charging point, plus upgrading the surfacing of the approaches to and from as well the parking area. · 22/00753/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/00809/B- After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/00814/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/00836/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking subject to Planning being satisfied that no residential or further intensification of activity will arise. A restrictive condition may be appropriate to control such. · 22/00837/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/00838/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that highway licences may be necessary for use of the highway during works for equipment and materials.
