The following on 27 May 2022 list have some potential impact, but after being assessed in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking these were found to have no significant negative impact upon the highway network. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications; although some will require licences to use the highway etc. for their proposed works as indicated:

The Applicant is advised to consider installing an electric vehicle charging point. · 22/00622/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/00630/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing storage for cycle parking for staff in a secure enclosed space separate from the bin storage area. · 22/00636/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/00645/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing an electric vehicle charging point. The Applicant is advised that highway licences may be necessary for use of the highway during works for equipment and materials. · 22/00697/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The repeat of condition C2 of PA 16/01062/C may be appropriate. Additionally, the Applicant is advised to consider installing storage for cycle parking and an electric vehicle charging point.
