Current windows are in a very poor state, some do not open properly, others do not close. There is currently a problem with bees entering windows we are not able to close. The metal windows make the rooms very cold (one in the bathroom causes severe condensation as we are not able to open it). Replacement windows are sympathetic to age of the property. All other apts in the bldg have been changed to UPVC and our application will unify the appearance.
