With regards to PA 22/00605/C - Change of use from Office (class 2.1) to Residential (class 3.3) 10 Peel Road Douglas, prior to providing our comments on this application we would kindly ask that the applicant provides some additional information on what arrangements are being made for the storage of waste and recycling receptacles. We would also ask for some details on the arrangements for secure bicycle storage. Once this information has been made available we will be able to provide you with our comments on the proposed development.
