To whom it may concern,

We would like to apply for a change of use to our recently converted garage area. This area is currently for personal use only and is adjoined to our house by a double door.

We would now like to apply for a change of use for this space to allow us for occasional tourist rental for home stay and other key Manx holidays and events.

To allow us to change the use we are aware that parking and fire considerations are key. To this end we have ensured the conversion has incorporated a dwarf wall separating the living and bedroom area so that the space is one open space with a clear exit path to the road.

In applying for the change of use, we understand that we will need to install a sprinkling system. Additionally we are happy to rent a parking space in the harbour area which will provide for the parking needs of any visitors.
