We are aware that the key concerns for the change of use are parking and fire safety. We plan to rent a parking space in the harbour to provide parking for any visitors. We have already built the space space so that it is one open area with easy exit to roadway. Additionally we can install a sprinkling system to ensure fire safety regulations are met.
