Reason: The application has been assessed on this basis only and as a replacement structure in the interest of protecting the Island's countryside from unwarranted development.
Removal if unused
In the event that the building is no longer needed or required for its approved use for a period of 12 months, the building must be removed within 3 months following the 12 months and the ground restored to grass. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and to avoid the accumulation of unwarranted structures across the countryside.
