THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2005

In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Infrastructure, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr & Mrs Timothy Rand Erection of a detached garage (retrospective) (amendment to PA 04/01353/B) at Sarah's Cottage, Cornaa, Ramsey, IM7 1EQ subject to compliance with the following conditions:-
- This approval relates to a detached garage (amendment to Planning Approval No 04/01353/B) as shown on Drawings numbered 1072608 and 1072609 received on 14 April 2011.
- The garage shall be used solely for domestic vehicles and domestic storage in association with the main dwelling 'Sarah's Cottage'. It shall not be used as a separate dwelling, nor shall it be used for any commercial purposes.
- Within one month of this decision notice, full details of hard and soft landscaping, together with a programme for its implementation, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The landscaping shall be carried out as approved. Any tree or shrub which dies, is removed, or becomes seriously damaged or diseased within 5 years of planting, shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of a similar size and species.
- Within one month of this decision notice, the two rear roof lights in the garage's north west elevation shall be permanently removed. No additional roof lights or windows shall be installed.
