Please be aware that whilst the Appellant in this matter has requested that the appeal be considered on written submissions only (without cause to appear before the Inspector at an inquiry), should you wish to have the matter considered as a hearing, please let me know in writing at your earliest convenience and note that such request must be supported by the appropriate fee – payable to the DEFA P&BC Directorate.
