Further to my previous correspondence concerning the above application, I can confirm that this appeal is to be dealt with by way of written representation.

On receipt of any rebuttal statements the matter will be given to the next available inspector who will, having considered all the submissions and conducted a site visit, prepare a report and recommendation for the Minister of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
In due course you will be advised of the decision which will be issued by the Chief Executive’s Office, DEFA on the Ministers behalf.
