Appeal decision on planning application 24/00029/B.

Triple garage with garden wall/gate at The Old House, Reef House, College Green.

I am writing further to our telephone conversation this morning with regard to the above appeal.

As promised, please find attached the Inspector’s Report and Minister’s Decision in relation to the appeal.

As I indicated to you, the decision was made on 6th November last year. The notification to parties ordinarily occurs concurrently, with the decision sent from the Chief Officer to the applicant, and the notification to the appellant and other parties undertaken by Planning and Building Control. However this did not occur on this occasion. This is wholly an administrative error for which I am writing to fully apologise.

We are currently reviewing this process, so that notice to all parties is issued from the same office.

I have made the Chief Officer and the Minister aware of the error and can only profusely apologise that you are only now being informed of the decision.

Further, I understand that Jennifer Chance has made arrangements to meet with you next Tuesday to discuss the wider concerns you have regarding the planning process
