ELEVATION NOTES:
WALLS: New cavity masonry walls to
replacement sun room to be stone faced to
base up to new cill as indicated and above
window units to be smooth painted render to
match the existing cottage.
ROOF: New roof to be in a natural slate to
match the existing cottage roof with
matching angular roof ridge tile.
WINDOWS/DOORS: new window/door units
to be in a white upvc or aluminium all fitted
with double glazed units.
RAINWATER GOODS: to match the existing
in colour and profile off new white upvc
fascia boards.
