no objections
no objection
Highway Services Division has no objection to the application provided planning is satisfied on amenity issues; Ramsey Town Commissioners unable to support due to proximity to residential properties; multiple local residents object on noise grounds.
Key concern: proximity to residential properties and noise disturbance
Highway Services Division
No ObjectionAfter reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking and on Planning being satisfied that amenity issues are minimised.
Ramsey Town Commissioners
ObjectionWhilst the Distillery is on the edge of the mixed use zone, it is close to a number of residential properties which still concerns the Ramsey Town Commissioners. Therefore, they feel unable to support the extension of the hours of operation.

No ObjectionHighways Development Control notes the additions uploaded on 6, 9 and 10 May and continues to not oppose this proposal on Planning being satisfied that the revised hours of opening are a fair compromise to allow for special events and lessen any amenity issues arising.
