Refurbishment to exterior of main building includes:
Replacement of existing roof tiles with new grey roof tiles

Removal of existing redundant chimney above roof level
Porches as approved in 18/00422/B to have grey roof tiles to match
the proposed main roof and no longer terracotta colour as
previously approved.

Works as approved in 18/00422/B that has not yet been implemented
but to be implemented in the next phase of refurbishment includes the
new porches over the entrance doors, the replacement rainwater
goods and rerendering of the facades and boundary wall.
