In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15th January 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the demolition of the existing garages and the erection of a dwelling and parking all as shown in drawings 4230/L1, -S1, -S2 and -P1 all received on 8th December, 2008.
- The windows in the first floor of the rear elevation should be fitted with glass obscured to Pilkington Level 5 or equivalent in perpetuity to prevent overlooking of 33, Hope Street.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
