Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan, site plan and dimension plan date stamped the 30th December 2008.
NOTE The applicant is advised to contact the Network Operations Section of the Department of Transport (Telephone 686665) prior to carrying out any works within the highways, including the installation of dropped kerbs.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
