In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 26th December 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a conservatory to the rear elevation of 14 Ballatessan Meadow, Peel, as shown by the submitted drawings 1922/1 and AT 959.1 date stamped 9th October, 2008.
- On construction, the elevation of the conservatory facing 16 Ballatessan Meadow must be fitted with obscure glazing and shall be kept and maintained as such thereafter.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
