Thank you for your e-mail of 21.01.09 regarding the addressing of submissions to Marie and you, which I will note for the future.

With regard to PA 08-01992-B I have examined the Planning Committee Meeting Agenda for 30.01.09, Part 3 and note that with regard to this application the file is noted that no submission has been made by Lonam Parish Commissioners.

I have checked my file and I sent this submission by e-mail at 0752 hours on 27th November 2008, together with two other submissions, (2119 & 2075).

Although it makes no difference, as the Board approved the application, please could the file be noted.
