Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the erection of a pole and light as shown and described in the drawings received on 1st September, 2008.
Cut-off luminaires
The light must be fitted with full horizontal cut off luminaires installed at 0 degrees uplift in order to reduce sky glow and help minimise visual intrusion outwith the area to be illuminated. These luminaires must be installed prior to the operation of the lighting.
No objections providing that the times of lighting are adhered to.
