In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 17th November 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the re-roofing of the bay windows, the creation of a porch canopy and the installation of replacement bay windows to the front elevation of Cronkbreck House, Main Road, Greeba, German as shown by the plans and information Location Plan and 940.3 submitted and date stamped 12th September 2008.
- The roof of the bay windows and canopy must be finished in natural slate to match that on the existing building.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
