Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This approval relates to stabilising of bank and installation of culvert as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings DG 1, DG 2, DG 4, NGC/2554 105 and NGC/2554 106 all received on 8th August 2008.
Method statement
Prior to the commencement of works a method statement is required to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority in consultation with the Inland Fisheries Development Manager; which statement shall include full details of the detailed design of the culvert, the level(s) at which the culvert base is to be sited and precautionary measures to be taken to prevent pollution / sedimentation of the watercourse. Development shall not proceed subsequently except in strict accordance with the approved statement.
Seeding
All seeding shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details in the first available seeding season following installation of the approved culvert. Should the seeded grass fail to establish or if, within a period of 5 years from the date of seeding, it removed, or seriously damaged or diseased it shall be replaced in the next seeding season unless the Planning Authority has given written consent to any variation.
