Re: PA 08/01571/B โ Residential development comprising 5 townhouses, one maisonette and one apartment with associated parking and access, Former Warehouse and Garage, Falcon Cliff Terrace Lane, Douglas.
Please find a statement that sets out the position of the Planning Authority in respect of the above planning application.
The statement comprises of three parts:
- A copy of the case officer's report that assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be refused. This was considered and accepted by the Planning Committee on the 18 December 2008.
- Extract from the Minutes of the 22nd December 2008 Planning Committee Meeting.
- A set of suggested conditions in the event that the appointed Planning Inspector is minded to recommend that the application be approved.
