In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of an extension to Knockaloe Beg Farmhouse to provide ancillary living accommodation as shown by the plans and information WL/08/1082/1 and WL/08/1082/3 submitted and date stamped 27th May 2008 and WL/08/1082 2A and WL/08/1082 4A submitted and date stamped 11th August 2008.
- The external finishes of the approved rendered extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

- The approved accommodation must remain ancillary to the use and enjoyment of the property Knockaloe Beg Farmhouse. No approval is granted or inferred for the use of the approved extension as a separate unit of residential accommodation.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
