Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of a solar panel as shown on drawing number 1622/2 (A) date stamped 24th November 2008, 1622/1 date stamped 19th August 2008, Email from Rogder Harper received on the 24th November 2008, and the detailed solar panel booklet date stamped on 19th August, 2008.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
