The Lead Member Committee for Property and Asset Management assessed the following
application at their March 2022 meeting and decided to make the following representations:
The Commissioners deferred these applications for the reason cited below:
22/00156/B Construction of an extension and window replacement at 20 Patrick
Street, Peel defer because the drawings do not adequately detail the proposed
window and render finishes to match either the existing style or replicated the
style finishes on the adjoining attached property.
The Commissioners did not oppose the following applications:
21/01333/B Extension of garage and conversion to residential/tourist
accommodation at 1 Mourne View, Peel (Amended Drawing).
21/01536/B Construction of extension at 6 Links Close, Peel.
22/00134/B Construction of extension at 2 Birch Drive, Ballawattleworth,
Peel.
22/00145/B Replacement windows and door at 8-10 Market Street, Peel.
22/00163/C Change of use to tourist accommodation at 3 Church Street,
Peel.
22/00160/B Construction of extension at 10 Ramsey Road, Peel.
