Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the creation of a doorway into the rear boundary wall of Ballawattleworth House, Tynwald Road, Peel as shown by the plans 1647/1, 1647/2, 1647/3, 1647/4, and Photographs x 2 and Covering Letter submitted and date stamped 26th August 2008.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
