The property has been zoned under The Ramsey Local Plan Order 1998 as being within an area of "predominantly residential use"; the site is not within a Conservation Area.

Assessment / recommendation
The proposed windows and doors would replace the existing, with the same/similar design which would remain in keeping with the existing property and that of the rest of the terrace. Additional the replacement of the existing conservatory roof is also considered to be in keeping and therefore acceptable.
Overall, it is considered the proposal would have no adverse visual impacts upon the dwelling or upon the street scene, nor is it considered the proposal would have any adverse impact upon the neighbouring residential amenities. Accordingly, the application is recommended for an approval.
