Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The proposed development would be contrary to General Policy 2 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 by reason of scale and siting in that it would not be in-keeping with the area and would create an incongruous addition to the schools landscape to the detriment of the visual amenities of the locality.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Whichever is the later. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
