In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 2nd December 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the flower packing and storage shed as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 08 – J055 00, 08 – J055 01A, 08 – J055 02A and 08 – J055 03A all received on 1st July 2008.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The proposed shed hereby approved shall be used for the purposes of packaging and storage only. At no time shall any part of the building be used for the display of any product for sale.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
