Mr M Smith Site Solutions Arqiva Limited Crawley Court Winchester Hants SO21 2QA In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Arqiva Limited Proposal: Installation of antennae at: Beary Radio Site Mill Road Greeba Isle Of Man IM2 3AP which was considered on 20th August 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of antennas as shown in drawing numbers DO.P2-27151 Sheet 1 of 2 Rev 2, DO.P2-27151 Sheet 2 of 2 Rev 1.A, DO.E1-20641 Sheet 1 of 1 Rev 1 and location plan date stamped 1 July 2008, Supporting Letter from Arqiva dated 30 June 2008, Declaration of Confirmty with ICNIRP Public Exposure Guidelines dated 26th June 2008.
- In the event of the antennas erected under this approval becoming redundant they must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation their use.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
