Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the conversion of the former boiler house to provide a temporary ambulance station as shown in drawing numbers SC928-P-10-01 SC928/P/10-03, SC928/P/12-01, SC928/P/12-02, SC928-P-10-02 and SC928-P-10-04 date stamped 10th July 2008.
- No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
