Re: PA 08/01347 - Creation of hardstanding and new access onto highway, 27 Highfield Crescent, Birch Hill, Onchan
I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Monday 4th August 2008.
It is accepted that as this is a corner plot the proposed hardstanding could be considered to be the front of the building. However as a means to removing large motor homes from the highway this Authority can accept the proposals and would recommend that the application be APPROVED for planning purposes only.
