Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the conversion of an agricultural building to form ancillary living accommodation and an office/studio as shown by the plans and information 1.1629 P01, 1.1629 P02, 1.1629 P03, 1.1629.01 and Completed Checklist submitted and date stamped 16th July 2008.
- The roof must be finished in dark natural slate.
- All windows and doors must be constructed from hardwood.
- The approved office/studio may be used only by persons residing at the property Rhenny Mooar Farm.

NOTE The applicant's attention is drawn to Housing Policy 11 which sets out that permission will not be given for the rebuilding of ruins or the erection of replacement buildings of similar, or even identical, form. As such care should be taken to ensure that any works do not undermine the structural stability of the building.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
