Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the change of use of a dwelling to office accommodation (Use Class 4 of Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005) as shown in drawing numbers P-01, P-02 and P-03 date stamped 29 July 2008.
- The use of the building hereby permitted shall not be used until the car parking and manoeuvring areas have been provided in accordance with the approved plans and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
