Officer's Report

Planning approval is sought for the erection of a smoking shelter to the main warehouse building at the Isle of Man Brewery Headquarters, Kewaigue.

The shelter, which would be predominantly open, would not be visible from the public highway and would not adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

The MEA request a standard Note which is not considered to be a material planning consideration.
