In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the additional use for the sale of hot \& cold food for consumption off the premises as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 07/2189/01, 0601/03A and 0601/02 all received on 18th June 2008.
- This approval, which relates to the additional use for the sale of hot \& cold food for consumption off the premises, is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the approval. After that time the sale of hot \& cold food for consumption off the premises must cease or a new planning application be submitted prior to the expiry of the 12 month period for the use on a permanent basis.
- The take-away service may operate for business only between 09:00 hours and 17:00 hours daily.
NOTE Under section 6 of the Sewerage Act 1999 there must be no discharges of:
- a) any matter likely to injure the sewer or drain, to interfere with the free flow of its contents or to affect prejudicially the treatment and disposal of its contents.
- b) any matter of a description prescribed for the purpose of this paragraph.
A grease/fat trap is recommended to be installed and maintained by the occupier/owner to prevent any such waste entering the drainage system.
No discharges of fat or other food waste, which will affect the performance of the public foul sewerage system, will be permitted to the foul sewer. It will be the responsibility of the developer/occupier of the premises to provide satisfactory means of disposal for such waste.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either:
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
