In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a replacement building as shown in drawings numbered 212/01, 212/02 and 212/03 date stamped 18th June 2008, 212/01 Rev A date stamped 5th September 2008.
- The units may be used only for upholstery and furniture manufacturing purposes or light industrial purposes.
- Prior to the commencement of works, details of the colour coating of the box profile steel cladding and roller shutters shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the
planning authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
- The units hereby permitted shall not be used except in accordance with a Travel Plan, which shall include a timetable for implementation, to be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority.
- Prior to the commencement of works, samples of the facing brick shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
