Department Of Local Government And The Environment ### Memorandum To: David Buylla, Acting Senior Planning Officer From: Ian Brooks, Planning Officer Subject: Compliance with Conditions: PA: 08/01213/B - Installation of a 14.5 m high imitation tree mast with associated equipment cabinets and compound area Date: To consider the submission of details in accordance with Conditions 3, 5 and 7 of Planning Permission 08/01213/B. Condition 3 stated: "Prior to the commencement of works, elevational/cross section drawings of the compound area shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details." Condition 5 stated: "Prior to the erection of the stock proof fencing, details thereof shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, and those works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details." Condition 7 stated: Prior to the commencement of works, full details of a landscaping scheme shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, and those works shall be carried out as approved. All planting shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of the site. Any tree or shrub which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species, unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation." The applicant has provided details in accordance with the above conditions, which appears to cover all the relevant points outlined in the Conditions.
