After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC
finds it to have no significant negative impact upon
highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
The Applicant is advised to explore the opportunity for
providing an electric vehicle charging point and to install
bicycle parking at one space per 200sqm gfa for staff in
a secure and enclosed storage facility, plus one space
per 1,000sqm gfa for visitors. Bicycle parking should be
separate from any waste bin storage.
