In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 12th September 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of an equipment cabin and the installation of an dish antenna as shown in drawing numbers 16636_00_004_01, 16636_50_160_M09_09, 16636_50_150_M09_09, 16636_50_100_M09_09 date stamped 23rd June 2008, Written Statement in support of the Application prepared by National Grid Wireless dated June 2008.
- In the event of the equipment cabin and dish antenna erected under this approval becomes redundant it must be taken down and removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use.
- Within one month of the installation of the equipment cabin hereby approved, it shall be colour coated green. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of it being carried out.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
