Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The proposed dwelling is larger than a traditional Manx cottage, described in Planning Circular 3/91 as was required by the approval in principle (PA 05/2100). There is no justification provided for a four bedroomed property as is proposed.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
