This scheme has been subject of pre-application discussions with the Conservation Officer, who is content with the scheme. There a limited views of the proposed works from Church Road and from the Promenade. The proposal will have very little impact on the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. It is recommended that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
