The event has previously been held in 2019 without issue. Planning permission had already been granted for a 3 year period (2020, 2021 and 2022) and this variation request to hold the event outside of April, whilst in conflict with condition 2, does not conflict with the reason for the condition - to avoid any conflict with TT/Festival of Motorcycling. This change in date was a result of the circus having to reschedule, due Covid disruption.
